Hey gang! After months (or years) of kicking it around, I bought my first Jeep yesterday. Brand new 2014 JKU Sahara with Altitude package in Hydro Blue. It has nav, heated leather seats, 6MT, 3.73's, tow package, and is a lot of fun thus far. I come from the sports car world so it's a massive adjustment for me (traded in a Audi S5 for the Jeep and have only had sports/sporty cars before).

Thanks man! The package includes a bunch of stuff, but the biggies are the black wheels and hood, gloss black interior trim, heated leather seats, and a bunch of Sahara swag

I came from sports cars too before purchasing the JKU. But don't you love it more!?! Different style of driving now. Cruising the speed-limit or slower, not caring about the fast-lane nor beating everyone at the light, paying no attention to other sports cars on the road, and consistently thinking about running things over =)

Thanks for all the love guys! So it's been a few weeks now and I really really like it. As with the other cars I've had, I'm barely able to fight off the mod bug haha. First will probably be some new LED headlights because the stockers are awful.

Congrats on the purchase! Loving that color.

I just bought my '12 Altitude a few weeks ago and am loving it...as a first time Jeep owner. Been looking at Jeeps for a long time now...and made it happen!

Congrats on your purchase !!! im also another who came from driving sport cars. definitely a big difference, but you do get used to just cruising around and not worrying about going fast.
