Saddle interior appreciation... lets see pics!

Hello folks,

I just ordered a 2015 black JKUR with saddle leather interior. While I am waiting for it to arrive, I figured I'd daydream by looking at some pics of your jeep and its saddle interior. I find it very odd that it is so rare because I think it looks awesome!

What I appreciate the most about the saddle interior is it straight up convinced my wife out of getting a Cherokee and into getting a Wrangler, which was obviously what I always wanted. When we went to the lot to look at Cherokees, I said "Hey, come over here and lets look at these!" She grumbled a little and followed suit. They had some black Rubicons just like I am getting. She actually was digging them more than before when she was up close to them -but when we opened the doors of one with saddle leather -it sealed the deal... It was also the first time she saw Cherokees in person and was a little underwhelmed... but that was after seeing the Rubicon and it's saddle leather. So either way -thank you saddle leather interior, I appreciate you!

And those who want to share pics of their saddle interior without the leather, please do -because I think that looks cool too.

Here ya go!

Seriously... its the MW3 edition so black leater seats. First thing I did was cover them up. With the amount of dirt and sun those things get... they'd get ruined fast. Not to mention the black leather sitting in direct sunlight when its naked gets HOT AS HELL!

Thanks - I've been to a dozen dealers and have yet to see one in person - I'm surprised they Aren't more popular. I'd think on yellows and greens/tanks and reds it would be a real nice combo. Thanks

I have Dark Saddle leather interior in both my Commando Green Rubicon and my Dune Sahara. I love the color. But I will need to get home tonight to be able to post some pix.

Stay tuned,

Aldo

I would agree it looks good. But I would also agree with the post above about leather getting extremely hot with the top off sitting in the sun!!!

I love the saddle interior but I ordered a Sport so I got stuck with cloth. Will probably get some Katskins down the line and reupholster my interior in either saddle/tan or possibly red.
