Before plasti-dipping the wheels.

After.

I posted both because, and I know it sounds weird, but I swear the tires look smaller with the dipped wheels. These are 16" American Racing. TerraFlex 2.5" leveling kit. General Grabber AT2 305/70 - 16. (32.5")

Give you some prespective

No lift...with 33x12.50R17 and stock fenders.

2" RE budget boost with 33x12.50R17's stock fenders

OME HD coilspring lift (actual 3" lift)on 33x12.50R17 Stock Fenders

Then.....3" lift with BW flat fenders with 33x12.50R17...took a pic just before I went to 35's!!! Way too much fender gap!

Just got my 17x9's (4.75" backspacing) with 285/70/17's. Lift not installed yet. Did you notice any rubbing?

Got the wheels on today, lift should be in next week I guess... Now I'm leaning towards just keeping it as is... No lift. Not sure now I posted these pics up in the 'Show off your white JK thread' but I can show you guys too...

Here's pics of it next to one with 35's and a 3 inch lift, and mine with just 285/70/17's and no lift... Not a big hill of beans of difference.... Mine is the one with the blacked out grill... That's what is making me reconsider the lift... I'm guessing I'll still go with the lift, but it does look pretty nice as is.

I like it ! Idk why but your car looks higher than stock. I guess it's because of the tires

No. It's a yeti edition I made. I wanted an Arctic edition, and at the time in 2011, the press releases were that the Arctic was only being released overseas, so I made my own. Then they released it over here in 2012... lol.. But I loved mine so much, I just stuck with it.

I questioned the same thing after i put my 285/70/17 on. ended up going with flat fenders instead of the lift. Gave me the clearance without the potential problems associated with wrangler lifts.

BEFORE:

Right after I installed my OME 2" lift a few weeks back, which actually gained me about 2.5"-3" after settling. Still on stock wheels.

AFTER:

Today! Just had my new 33s put on! 16x8 wheels (Ion Alloy 171) / 285x75r16 tires (BFG All Terrains)
