I dig the Flame Red. I couldn't make up my mind on which finish I wanted to go with but in the end I settled on Bright Silver Metallic because it would be the easiest to keep looking clean and paint flaws would not show up as much as on darker colors.

I danced around between Dark Cherry Metallic, Black Forest Green, Dozer, Flame Red, and Bright Metallic Silver. In the end, my two "finalists" were either Flame Red or Bright Silver Metallic.

I've always thought red Jeeps looked pretty nice. The only two reasons I didn't go with Flame Red were because when most people think of a Jeep, they think of a red Jeep, which makes it quite a common color, and also because the Bright Silver Metallic would just be easier to keep looking clean.

I've seen a lot of really nice Flame Red Jeeps, and the ones in this thread aren't any exception.

Well like I said when I started this thread, I have a red Jeep and I am not at all crazy about red. I almost didn't buy it, but I didn't want to wait on one. My other car is actually red too, which drives me nuts.

The flame red of my Jeep has begun to grow on me. I do agree there are some great looking red Jeeps here.

For the record, there are about ninety three red vehicles in the entire state of Oregon.

Everything here is grey, including the sky.

Silver here, is what you buy when you want to blend.

Silver isn't the most dazzling of colors but it's the easiest to keep looking clean and doesn't show up paint flaws. I've seen some seriously badass silver Jeeps though...

Quite honestly, Silver really wasn't a color I was dying for, but it's the best compromise. If I had my way, it'd be Rescue Green.
