This is an awesome thread! It's great to see all the different options one can do with a two door.

There's a lot of really nice rigs out there and the pride shows! Which brings me to my point; I notice that most people go all out to take the perfect photo of their Jeep. Camera angles, lighting, placement and background are always important. I do the same thing; hell, if I could drive my Jeep into a Sears photo center and have portraits made, I'd be there yesterday. Especially if I had the $14.99 coupon.

The funny thing is, as meticulous as I am about my Jeep photos, when it comes my kid I'm like, "shit, I need to get a picture of you before we leave: go stand by that dead branch." *takes picture* Then when we're walking back to my Jeep which has been perfectly positioned for a recent photo op. The tire slightly turned, snow peaked mountains in the background, it has perfect placement in reference to where the sun resides at that moment so a glimpse of sunlight gleams off the corner of the windshield. As I crouch looking for the perfect angle I motion to my daughter to jump in the picture; partly because of the guilt that is creeping upon me from not taking more pictures of my kid, however, in all honesty it's mostly because of the impending sense of doom of what my wife will lecture me about when she sees the lopsided choices of my photo subject.

Long story short, and yes, shorter than what I recently typed, my daughter jumps in the picture with a big smile and stands near the Jeep. I'm crouching and contorting to find the perfect picture and then, "ahh! perfect!" *snaps picture*

Unfortunately I cropped my daughters head off.

Ended up photoshopping her out.

The jeep looked awesome, though.

Thanks!

I'll post more pictures in a day or two once I finish putting all my cosmetic mods on it (still have to do the clear side marker swap and add my Rampage hood locks, already tinted the windows, added some custom decals, added a fuel door and put on a set of black Gorilla "System" locking lug nuts)

Haha! Yeah, the guys in the club know my wife and I as "the cup holder people".

It's EASY and I want to say I first saw it done on this forum but I could be wrong.

Simply, they are cup holder inserts from a boat store. Choose the size you want and that will fit within the bumper, I think these are 3". The fit a "naked" soda can perfectly. Use the appropriate sized hole saw, line up and drill the hole. I lined mine up with the seam in the body panels. Use a little silicone (black or clear) to hold them into the bumper and you're done.

That section of the bumper is completely hollow so you're not going to run into anything other than plastic. You'll want to make sure that if the cup holder insert doesn't have drain holes in it, you'll want to add one or two. The ones I have already had four small holes in the bottom.

Here's a slightly different angle, while I was parked on the hood of a BMW.

Can't really see it too well, but there's one on each side.

This is what she looks like now.
Going into Globex next week for RK 2.5 Flex, Bilstein 5100's, Detroit Trutrac, 4:56 gears, 315 Duratracs, ATX Artillery Wheels, and Adams front DS.
Also Dropping my M8000S on the front.

And I thought owning a Harley was expensive!

Gotta Love a Gecko Sahara! Oh there's plenty to do, you'll be busy.

Keep us posted with updated pics.

Just finished mine with a budget OEM spring 2" lift and 33's. Looks so much better than when I first picked her up. Will get pics up this weekend!

Love that light bar! Which one is that? And was it difficult to mount?

I've wanted to get one for a while but most brush guards / front light bars go on aftermarket bumpers, whereas I want to keep mine stock and just cut the sides off like yours.
