Cool beans!

If your doing the install of any of the products, take some pictures along the way. And do a write up for the install and your opinions on the products and post them on the forum. It can help other members make a decision on their builds and guide them on how to preform the modifications. The JK is still fairly new and the JK community is growing quickly on the forum.

You'll get browny points.

The grill inserts are from Rampage .They just snap in place ,took @ 5 minutes to install once I got bug juice off grill.Thought they would be heavier ,but will work for daily driver as this is.Wanted something to kinda protect plastic grill w/o covering it all up with chrome/stainless.Gotta love the black. The lights are Hella 500FF ,55 watt ,slim style . Choose them because Hella is what was on bumper ,not sure what model they are but the 500FF are ALOT whiter. And beam is flatter, seems to be.
Wired lights both into high beam . Have seperate switch for upper or lower or both at same time.

dewayne , what wire did you tap for the high beam. i asked a mechanic at my local dealer and he said it couldnt be done because the computer would notice a voltage change and shut the circut down. obviously he was wrong if you did it. i just have them wired from the battery to a switch and want them to come on with the high beams only.

The lights power comes from battery but the switch is wire to the green and white wire at headlight. Also it runs through a 12v relay switch.

Also got my lift in yesterday.I have heard alot of you guys dont loke the rough country stuff .But from what I found was the best for the me on a daily driver .after warranty is out then we may do something different ,more lift and new drivlines ,dont want to upset drivetrain too much right now.
The 4" lift was just right for me.
