looks like a Sahara to me, if I'm not mistaken the side step and body trim give it away, does it have green and tan seats?

It will have the paint code on the edge of the driver door, only ones I know of in that color is the Sahara so I'd say that's what you got! Nice job, bought the upgrade and didn't even know lol

No problem, pretty sure only the Saharas have that interior, only difference between the sport and Sahara is the side step with trim and 2 tone green and tan seats and tan dash

Thanks! Yea I made it, made the $250 to purchase it on eBay haha! I spent many hours searching for one for the TJ. Wild Boar makes them for the JK and supposedly was coming out with one for the TJ but never could find it. Eventually I came across one and snagged it up! The alternative was a new core support for $500 and I bent mine back plum. Atleast enough to get everything square

It's def not an SE, The Sahara has paint match fenders (which is non existent on mine or his anymore) as well as the trim and seats. You have similar trim but looks like yours is black and yours doesn't have the extra plastic piece above the side step. Also the seats aren't green and tan 2 tone like ours is. His probably doesn't have the decal because the fenders have been replaced. Haven't seen a Jeep roll and not take a hit to the fenders, hell mine didn't even roll and jacked both fenders up.

My '98 Sahara I bought a couple of months ago.

My town only has 1,500 people in it and there is another Sahara just like this, except with Ravine wheels instead of Gambler wheels.

Ahhh I see you have the full doors too....I love my half doors and sliders but full doors would help quite a bit with the hard top in the winter....well that and my Lincoln with heated seats and mirrors and whatnot lmao

I hear ya man, looks like it's in great shape, $7,000 was what was posted on craigslist for mine as well which I was going to pay, test drove it with no problems, had "112,000" miles but speedometer was never reset after the lift and I don't know when it was put on so possibly up to 130,000 actual miles. Some kid was delivering pizzas in it and it was killing him on gas and this guy he delivered to asked about it and bought it. His wife hated it and wanted a new one so 2 days after purchasing it from the delivery driver he posted it on craigslist. Just so happened I came across it first and a week or so after the test drive I went to pick it up after procuring the funds and he told me it shook like really bad and asked me not to take it on the interstate. I immediately knew of the "death wobbles" and how there could many causes for it, but all the steering bushings and such were new, everything except the shimmy shock to keep the tires on track. 35" tires and running a factory shimmy shock, dunno how the kid never rolled it going down the road, anyways I noticed that a decided to take a chance and bought it for $6,200 after a little discussion. Thank god a $68 Rancho shimmy shock fixed it and has been fine ever since. For the price I think I did quite well considering the wheels, tires, lift, fender flares and 40 series flow master exhaust, did have to buy a new frameless top but wasn't too bad. Recently got a good deal on a hard top so....time to hit the woods haha

Better pic of it . Came with the spice top but was pretty ratty. This pic was just after the lift and tires.
