I went with the smittybilt xrc. The filament is spot on and got it for $350. Has a great finish and is solid as a rock.

I've been wanting the ORFab tire and can carrier, about how much did that cost you?

Ordering my Nates4x4 bumper this week. It should look exactly like this, but I'm also ordering it with 2 tab lights on the hoop bar for my KC's.. It comes with 2 light tabs of choice, grille guard, winch plate, and d ring mounts.

The bumper is costing me $270 and made in the USA!

How do you like it? How tough? And can you mount lights? I'm looking into it about 70% ready to pull the trigger.

Heres my 2000 with the Smittybilt SRC front and rear. I like it alot, but now so many people have them. Install was very straight forward, all the bolts lined up no drilling or anything. Plus the rear has a 2" trailer hitch in it. Cant beat it.

BTW just my personal thoughts on stingers. Looks like your jeep is running around like a high school boy in the womens locker room. I know the use of them and if they are functional then they are a great tool, but it makes me want to scream HIDE THAT THING! lol

Rokmen Mercenary front. I've been thinking of making it like their GT bumper but i really like the way it is now.

Attachment 172712

And the Garvin Widerness bumper/tire carrier. It's tow rated and holds all the things you need but I'm a bit dissapointed it rattles with a 32" for the price tag. The JCR one looks really nice i like how it hugs the body and is advertised to hold a 38" tire. I would also consider a body mounted carrier with a rear bumper like Rokmen's or Savvy's

I don't understand the urge to put a big ass heavy front bumper on an already overweight under powered jeep. Also, a giant stinger on an otherwise stock rig looks funny. Clean and simple is where I think it's at, my bumper weighs about 19#'s in fact my steel winch plate weighs almost as much as the bumper it's bolted to.

This bumper is the same as post #23. I have the same one and it is AWESOME! It is a Body Armor with swingout tire carrier. It has two mounts for jerry cans and a mount for your high lift jack. The adjustable latch lets you keep it tight so it doesn't rattle. It is solid as a rock!

The savvy gear is really nice I almost bought that bumper. But i like having d rings. The tow hooks work fine but for me d rings are just a personal choice. I understand the whole lightweight thing as I have savvy products myself, but i dont think the difference is as dramatic as some make it out to be. Ive never heard of an obstacle that cant be conquered because a rig weighs too much

I have to agree on giant stingers , I like my little hoop though.
