All of our bumpers are hand build here in Kalamazoo Michigan. We make EVERYTHING in house! We don't have a DOT rating, however, with the extra frame tie in's our bumper with the built-in hitch will absolutely tow the full factory tow rating without an issue. We also have a built-in spot for the tow chains.
If I had the tools, I'd build something with good departure angle, tire carrier for up to a 37ish inch tire, highlift, maybe a Jerry can mount, d rings I can yank on, and a 2" receiver that can handle the 2000lb rating and maybe more with the flashers on. I just don't want to lose the strength of my reciever because I've used logging chain as snatch rope on the 10k recovery hook to rip up trees and wanna keep that haha! What do you have in that department?
