Those aren't weights for steel wheels they are for aluminum wheels they just aren't the coated weights and all that really means is over time they will cause corrsion to build up under them and eat at your wheel were the coated weights are a light gray powder coat to protect the wheel more..It isn't impossible to static balance it is just a little harder to get them dead on.Normally after static balanceing if you kick it back over to the both side setting it will be an even number off (0.50 - 0.50) but most of the time I get 0.00-0.00

Good point trip. As you can see, the washeres that came with it are the same size as the nut. I'll look into doing that.

Did you paint those yourself or order some like that, I've been wanting those on my T.J. for a while now.

I bought them, I don't care how good you scuff chrome, it chips within the first week.

I just hate how big the stupid things is. Thats why I always kick them until they wrap with the bumper. If I didn't need a front plate, it would be in the garbage.

yea i hear ya there, maines the same way, i have the 54" wilderness front bumper on my jeep, and i had to get the license plate bracket that slides into the front receiver...at least that gives it a fair amount of rigidity lol
