^ Nice! I've had the same thing happen.

Those pesky trees would also keep jumping out at my front fenders.
I finally cut them off and went with MCE Flat Fenders.

. I had that exact thing happen. And I left it on the spare for a while for giggles. Can't imagine what people were thinking when they saw that.

Once the clutch wears out it's all coming apart. New trans, clutch, TT and skids.... Already have the bell housing.

Turns out the guys I was at the Jamboree with last summer saved my stick.
They mounted it on a lawn mower wheel, and had it coated.
I was presented with the trophy last night at the club after holiday party..

This is what happens when you try to be a good samaritan and let other people hook up your strap

you'd be better off doing the exact opposite. If you hook it and you're positive it's good to go, then you're not worried about it coming back and hitting your vehicle. You have no clue how they hooked it, it could come flying loose and hit your back window. Their fault.

I always check it but I never place it.

haha if I gotta be I will. I would love to help, don't get me wrong. But when I help my friends they know the risks and whatever happens it's on them not me. Strangers...I'd think twice. I might stop and talk to the guy, you can usually tell the ass hats from the nice people who understand. I generally don't put myself in a position for people to screw me over cause when given the chance I know someone will :/
