Here is my 2000 TJ Sport which I acquired back in October from a very good friend who was the original owner. 174,000 miles. It was all stock to the build sheet except for the addition of a factory hardtop.
In the photographs in the above post, the fire extinguisher is mounted via Super Quick Fist's.
Below in the last photograph I am using (what I call) 'spirit bracelets', e.g. LiveStrong type rubber bracelets, on the TJ sunvisor for retaining flashlights, pens, photographs, whatever. They fit the TJ sunvisor perfectly for this IMO. I have about 1000 of these from a previous employer in red so if anyone wants any PM me!
And after the speaker upgrade I fabricated this tool carrier. The early version the tools were slipping down and rotating, so I updated the design to include the 'J' hook retaining bars that run top to bottom (see last two pictures in next post). I also realized the better arrangement was to reverse the shovel and mattock L to R. So far holding up well.
After that project I installed a set of 2.5" OME coils, with nearly 175K miles on the stock coils the ride and performance of the Jeep left something to be desired. Unfortunately the install wasn't as smooth as I hoped so there are very few pictures!
In the above photograph that's 'post lift' with the new winch installed too. The winch and plate (about 75lbs) didn't even put a dent in the front ride height.
