Just ignore it, It'll be gone soon enough. Much like thornbirds and 1/4 elliptical springs.

Is that an Isuzu trooper under there? I think Zeus might be a good name for it.

Thanks a lot

I'm running a pair of 6" flat xenon rears, pair of sliders, and a set of no flare front tube fenders...

I don't understand it either. To me it's just a phase that will die out soon enough. No offense, there are some BA rides in here, just not my thing.

I wonder how many "zombie hunters" would literally crap themselves if they were ever approached by one????

Yeah, the front fenders are the smitty ones...got them about a year and a half ago.

But like i said above, the flares are 6" flat xenon's...cost less than the bushwacker flats and look great...sturdy as hell, too.

then the sliders are fabtech i think...cant remember lol

Are those smittys hard to install? Kinda worried I'm not gonna have a clue how to put them on. With cutting and drilling?

Nah, they're not terrible...

i think it took me about an hour per side to get all done.

Just trace the outline on the fender with a sharpie...i used an angle grinder (you can also use a sawsall) and then cut around it...i didnt install the 4 bolts in the wheel well because it was a big pita but they're still sturdy as can be without them.

The powdercoat is kind of cheap as is most smitty powdercoat now but i just resprayed them with rustoleum ultra cover (flat black) and they look fine.

Make a plan for your turn signals, though...you're going to lose them when you cut your fenders off.

I relocated mine into the grill as you can see in the pic...just used a set of JK turn signals and a hole saw and voila...they've got relocation things you can buy for the fenders themselves but i like the look of the jk ones a lot better.

Nice, thanks for the info! Ill probably use bed liner to spray them, and try to mimick what you did with your signals

Um well i for one would crap myself infront of a zombie. Then again looking at how the human body works (bones to support you, muscle to move you, blood to fill muscle) I think if somehow something was created that brought back a part of your brain after you die and it made you want to eat flesh then the next zombie would bleed out and fall to the ground where he would never move agaon.

A zombie walking or running at me and ill just give up. A zombie laying on the ground and i might do ok.

I'm thinking the zombie craze started after the AMC show "The Walking Dead". At least that's when I started seeing everyone getting into the zombie faze.

Zombies have been around for a long time. I dont think they are gonna go anywhere anytime soon.

Look at the media right now. Will Smith just did a zombie (kinda) movie and is doing another one i think. You can go see Brad Pitt in a zombie movie at your local theater right now.

The kids of today are eating the zombie idea up. Zombies have only become more and more popular over time.

Yep. Superman, Batman, Iron Man, Spider-Man and the such have been popular for a long time as well, but I've yet to see a Spider-Man themed Jeep.

Like I said earlier not bashing, I just personally don't understand it.

Nice...thats actually what i was planning to do as well but i didnt have a spare can of bedliner available. I'm going to respray the rear of the jeep (inside) with the bed liner so the flat paint worked just fine for now!

But yeah, i think the hole size was 2 1/8"...just got the signals from a wrecked/parted out JK and voila

works great and looks great

Been a big zombie apocalypse buff for a long time. I've made many major life decisions based on planning for it haha. Check out this fire engine I saw in the city. Truth be told they deserve the sticker.
