I got mine for $185 http://www.lumenousleds.com/#!produc...aight-lightbar
These things are bright as hell! Lights up the night for sure. However if a car is coming u must flip it off very quick because they are blinding when u look in to them. Works great when no ones around. They are "illegal" to drive with but that's only when cops are around. If you switch it off every time a car comes u should be good. There's no wiring besides the thick coated 2' wire that comes out of the bar with posit vans negative. There's not much info on there sight but the guys email will be tagged with the Paypal purchase conformation for any questions. They recommend running a 30a fuse with the wiring. Love mine so far.

I have a KC light bar that I fitted with 4 offroad lights from Harbor Freight, replaced the 100w bulbs with 130w ones. I ended up paying around $150 for the whole setup.

I bought a cheap china made, plain brown box, no name 50" light bar for mine. No issues with it yet.

Mounts are going to depend on the light bar you are buying. Some 50" light bars are not 50" long. Some mounts are made for an actual 50" light bar and others are made for 50" light bars that measure longer. I made this mistake and ended up having to run a spacer at the end of my light bar.

Wiring is relatively simple.... 2 wires on the light bar. I would guess most people run a relay on a 50" light bar. Tons of drawings online (Google image search) for wiring a simple relay to power it. Some light bars come with the harness and relay.

Also don't buy kc light bars etc, because your paying for the brand. In reality Most Kc lights are not LED and if you know anything about lights, LED is the best, brightest, and uses the least amount of battery.

actually amazon has them for $150. And yes you still have to buy a 100$ bracket but still cheaper then the rigid ones!

Is there anywhere I can get info as to what is/is not street legal for the LED lights? I'm replacing my front bumper and want to swap original fog lights with LED - installing a winch as well. Thx

You'll have to google it because it depends on where you live. Various jurisdictions have their own regulations on how and where on-street lights can be mounted.

Here in Maryland, for example. one cannot have lights mounted above the headlight for street use.

Thanks...I replaced my old front bumper with a Body Armor bumper and had to remove my old fog lights. I'm going to replace my headlamps with the new LED (not sure which vendor) and am going to put new LED fogs on too, but I'm a little confused which ones are legal??

Eyourlife works just as good as rigid. Bought the 50" and some mounting brackets and then welded my own tabs for the extra windshield lights. Only downside is that it whistles a lot but that can be easily fixed with weather stripping
