Haha oh okay. We'll as soon as I save up I plan on putting on all Terrains for the better off road traction and definitely a lift kit for better clearance and I would also like to buy a safari snorkel. Any suggestions on the lift kit? Im a kid so I don't really have the budget as an adult would.

Better tires are always the first upgrade I suggest. Save money and forget the snorkel, unless you plan on being deeper than the top of your fender which is where your intake is (don't buy a cold air intake either, no effect on TJs). Use the snorkel money for your lift. For a 2" lift and your budget, go with a budget boost (spacers and shocks). All of the budget boosts are pretty much the same.

Quadratec sells a Rubicon Express 2" lift (spacers and shocks) for $240. Most snorkel kits run over $350. That's money towards tires.

I did see that website come up first on google. I never did see one for 240 though, do you have a link by chance?

It's alright Alexstj; even some older fellows like the angry eyes. No more money spent then getting the can of plasti-dip and a little tape of the shelf. Angry eyes do look better if the Jeep looks angry.

Hope your mods are coming along just fine.

LOL... I wasn't sure whether to laugh or have pity. I hope the "other guy" was conquered in the process.

I'll bet you have the most bad-a$$ vehicle in town. All I remember of most of the UK and Ireland, when it comes to non-commercial vehicles, were small cars with great gas mileage but little in the way of anything other than strict utility.... Never once saw a Jeep, there!

What part of NE England are you in, btw? My husband, who was born and raised in Scotland (born in Glasgow, raised in Edinburgh), worked in Middlesbrough for a few years before and when we were first married. He didn't care for it, there, but there was a park there that I absolutely LOVED. Big pond, lots of ducks, and we had fun watching bats at night. You're parked in a neighborhood that looks a lot like the one where he/we lived--but then, I've found that those neighborhoods seem to be all over the place, over there :-).

My favorite city in that general area, though, was Newcastle. Such a pretty town!

Well I live in Sunderland, so Newcastle are our arch enemies at football, soccer to you. so I am pretty much bang in the middle of Newcastle and Middlesbrough. Living up the North of the country we are lucky in our open spaces although its all green and wet lol. Since I've owned the TJ I've seen another two Local whilst out driving although they are a lot more Cherokees.
The TJ does get it fair share of glances when out and plenty of people stop and talk in the street, and on the Area/street front the houses are over 100 years old and I am about 5 minutes walk from the beach.
For the record I dont care for Middlesbrough either Lol.
