If I were you I'd keep everything on it and just downsize to 33's. Maybe trade the 2" body lift for a 1"? It will look nice. 33's and 4" seems to be the sweet spot IMHO.

example:

Unfortunately the Mickey Thompson rims are about 12'' wide, so that's a no go with my 31's. I am picking up some Grey tj rims. The one pictured is missing the center cap but you get the idea.

Sure I would like to keep my MT rims and run some 33's but this recommendation keeps on coming from those with I6's. My little I4 cannot handle that size tire, lift and a small trailer

I think thats a good choice for rims. I have always like the looks of those. Post some new pics once you get the tires and rims mounted up.

Removing the body lift should be easy, as long as your Jeep still has the stock rubber body bumpers in place. All you should have to do is unbolt on the body mounts, jack the jeep up just enough to pop them out on one side, then repeat for the other side. The only issue I can see you running into is the radiator bumps in the front. Body kits usually come with extended bumps for that, and when you take the lift off the bumps are going to be too big. You'll have to find some stock ones somewhere, or roll without 'em.
