I've done the BB twice w/ 31s and 32's and NEVER had DW.
I don't know about you guys, but I put the Rubicon Express BB on my TJ and it wobbles around 50 mph. One of these days I'm going to rip it out and put something else in instead.

shouldn't have to. i have my 31" spare on the end and it fits fine. I think you can go up to a 33? or maybe at 33 you need something bigger with more support?

Looking back I should have gone 32's.

His look to be the aluminum ...ProComp Series 8069 in black.

Most popular in the steel version.
They are commonly called "Soft 8's" usually around $40 to $50 a piece.
Seem to be the cheapest at summitracing . com. For the steel ones.
