If your good with bed liner like me an don't make it runny then you could easily do all that with bed liner. I have almost done my jeep similar to this but I'm doing it in small increments haha

255/80R17s which are 33x10.00x17..
On ProComp 98s, 17x8 with 4.5" Backspace.

No lift.
Stock Rubicon with an AEV HighLine.

And same plus a 2" Budget Boost.
