How much lift did the tires give you? From the previous tires you had? Assuming you had previous tires that were smaller than the Goodyear tires in the pic.

The 31's were purchased new by the previous owner a week before buying it from him. I know that they were on 30's stock wranglers tho since he cheaped out on me and never did the spare. I'm guessing prolly just an inch more height..?? I really dont know to be honest.

I bought it with the 31's, I am getting my Metal Cloak fenders on Thursday and moving up to 33's this weekend weather permitting.

Did you plasti-dip or bedlined the chrome? In any event it looks better blacked out IMO

After the Metal Cloak fenders I shouldn't have any issues with 33's without a lift.

Research them a bit www.metalcloak.com

I missed that part about the metal cloaks, yeah that should give you all the clearance you need.

It's real simple...look up the tire height of one tire and compare that to the other. Than divide the difference by two (because its a circle) and then you know the amount of lift.

Tire don't measure true to their size. For example, a 31 inch tire does not measure to 31 inches. But for the most part, if you go from a 30 to a 31 you will add a half inch of height.

Mine is on 31X10.50X15 Nokian tires, 15X8 aluminum rims, no lift. The only things I've done to the suspension are Bilstein 5100s, an OME steering stabilizer, and replaced the sway bar links with some that have poly bushings. Thinking about either changing CA bushings to poly or just changing out the CAs themselves, not sure yet which way I will go. I don't plan to lift.

I sure did notice a difference going from 30" to 31" tires with my 3.73 gears. Wish I had 4.11 now, but cannot justify the cost for such a small change in ratio.

The PO had 30's on my jeep and then put new 31's a week before I bought it from him. I have the same gear ratio 3.73 as you. Could you explain in detail the difference in your opinion?
