If you want to try and "beef it up" quick, you can do what I did. I took JK Sahara suspension parts and got a solid 3" of lift for $50. Then I got wheels and tires off of a sahara, (see bio). I got 5 wheels and tires, and 3" of lift for a grand total of $700.

Now, I'm not happy with the tires. only because they're a little narrow for my taste. But you can't beat the price!! Let me know if you have any q's, I'd love to spread my knowledge.

Disclaimer, I have little to no real knowledge...just limited experience.

Wow that's such a good deal! I wish I could find deals like that. Saving up for maybe 31s or 32s but they are so expensive! My new Wet Okole seat covers came today tho!

Newbie here. I just picked this 98 4.0 sport 5 speed the other day for $2000 frame and body interior are very clean. 150,000 miles every thing works. Just put a new clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder and new tires. New rims and bigger tires and a lift kit soon.
