Rims

So I like these rims. I'm 99% sure I stole this picture off of here a few months ago so to whoever this jeep belongs to I'm sorry. I'd give you credit if I knew who you were. Can somebody tell me what the rims are? I've got a tj and hope to get a jk soon but for now this is gonna have to do. I don't think this specific jeep is lifted but if it is tell me. It sure doesn't look like it.

Doesnt look lifted and those are either procomps or cragar soft 8s. Both about 50 bucks a pop.
