Just stock-with grinder and welder work----it works and price is right!!!!!!!!!The bar is strong enough to pull jeep by if I wanted to.The two rectangular plates are to close up access holes used for welding.Entire bar can be removed except for 2-3"next to bumper on each side which is welded to frame by way of solid stock.

The JCR bumper hoop has two tabs on it for lights. The 11" lightbar has the sliding type mounts instead of the side brackets.
I just mounted the bar upside down to the tabs.

Is is possible to spray bed liner on an existing bumper? Whoever owned it previously put one that is gloss black, and I am not a big fan of it. I know there would be some prep involved, but is it possible, and how hard would it be?

Bestop highrock bumper with quadratec fog lights to replace my stock ones. Drilled a couple of holes in the tub to hide the wiring. Also I bedlined it. Simple to do.

Yes you could, either prep the painted surface really good or sand blast it. Paint is all about the prep work.
