Took some pics yesterday

It was a beautiful spring day here in The Hudson Valley yesterday morning so I decided to snap a couple of photos of Bumble (yes... my wifes name for our solar yellow jeep).
We are loving the Jeep so far and the name is growing on me.
Heck if I can drive it I'll call it whatever she wants...lol
Can't wait to order a soft top some floor mats and a new set of fogs for it.

I don't get it....how'd she come up with that name?

Dang, that thing is SHINY. I bet you can find it in the grocery store parking lot.

But it's very nice. Go get it dirty.

Or do a full-chadwick, and run it down that hill in the third picture and see how far out into the lake you can get.

WOW, that yellow sure is BRIGHT. Man, I had to put on my sun glasses just too look at the pics.

Nice Jeep.

Cat guy, I see some mud, it's just inside of the left rear fender flair.

Let me know when you get new fog lights, I'll buy your old ones.

Good eye Hotwire..lol you folks are brutal on the clean Jeepers. That's OK though, I was kind of expecting it.

As far as the fogs go, they are pretty well shot, even though they do still light up. The inside bulbs are half gone from condensation I'm guessing. I'll probably use the lights plug to wire up the new fogs anyways.

I would love to try that out, but that ain't happening ...you see, this is my wife's Jeep. We share it but It's in her name....and scrathes and mud aren't in her vocabulary. So Clean it will be !!!

I am a semi clean freak. I have only been wheeling once so far since I had the jeep. Took plenty of pictures of it.

Fund are low at the moment so I haven't been back out. I live right across the street from a detail joint. I went and manually washed the mud off, then had them detail it for $25. pretty cheap the nice job they did.

Quote of the day= Happy Wife-Happy Life

Mrbreeze, I live by that quote also. That's why I bought a Jeep, We were in the UP driving around with her mini van, and I'd be darn if I didn't see a 2 track trail. Well, I couldn't resist, my 2 boys where loving it and my wife was going balistic that I was 4-wheeling with her mini van. So, now when we're in the Jeep and hit a 2 track, shes a screamin, but only cause I'm missing the mud holes.

After a good day out on the trails, the mud and dust do wash off. You might be surprised at how much your wife will enjoy it, mine does. (pack a nice picnic lunch with her favorites and a bottle of wine )

Great story Hotwire...lol
I've thought about doing that already but I'd probably pay dearly for a few days.

That sounds like a plan. We've already talked about going on some fishing trips with it. We both like to fish the streams for trout up in the Catskill mountains.

Yellow sure seems to be an "in" color now a days. See several Jeeps just driving past the house all the time.

Quite a few motorcyles around here are yellow also, but I don't really thing that's a cool color for a bike. Several orange one's also, which is another "off" color for a bike, IMO.

Nice looking Jeep, MrBreeze

I'm a fan of the yellow Jeeps, something pops about 'em! Haha I'm not gonna pick on you as long as you're out appreciating the Jeep

Nice. Love the yellow. I was looking for that myself but coudln't find it. I ended up with the Forest Metallic. Or just dark green to me.
