window Aux light mounts pics

hey guys was wondering if you would post your pics of your jeeps that have the AUX lights remounted with the window hinge light mounts. I have been looking at some and think that it would give the TJ a little more style. I just want to see how they look on before I buy, and what is involved on installation?

Mine would be mounted the same and wired up the same as Scout's... except I have KC's.

I love 'em... Spotting the elk at night is real easy! If you do get some big lights like my 6" KC's, they do take up a little room on the sides when you are driving, but it doesn't bother me. I bought my brakets off Amazon.com for like $26 shipped.

I'll buck the trend. I personally think they block my vision too much. If I were to do it all over again I probably wouldn't have done them.

I ordered mine from Amazon last week and can't wait to get them in the mail in the next couple of days. Can't beat the price, either. Keep the pics coming!!

they are great if you play in deep mud, dont get covered as fast, but they block your vision a little

I think they are great, I think if your tall (I'm 6-4) then the blocking the vision isn't an issue. They do protect your lights being up so high from road debris, and water if they are hot. just my 2 cents..

Here's a pic of mine. They're set up and wired pretty much like Scout's and AzTJ's.

I'm 5'3" and I do notice the driver's side light blocking my vision. Not enough to remove the lights, though.

thanks for the advice guys I ordered mine tonight from amazon so I should get them soon. I think if nothing else becides the extra lights on my rig (wich you can never go wrong with), it will make it look a little better.

Good luck with that, Amazon just shot me an e-mail saying they wouldn't even be able to SHIP the brackets to me until the 20th of JULY!!!! That means that I wouldn't receive them until close to August. So I cancelled the order. Does anyone know of a company that sells them for close to the same price ($26) that'll ship to a Post Office Box? I've tried 4Wheel Drive Hardware and Quadratec, but neither will deliver to a post office box since they use UPS. I live on an Army base and all I have is a box.

suggestion, find someone who doesn't live on a base and have it shipped to their addy. then pick it up from them or vica versa. I received a email telling me that they got shipped today (very fast for amazon). I tell you I was extremely suprised as well, this is the first thing I got from then that was shipped that quick but we'll see when I actually get it.

Anyone know if the window hinge mounts attach to the roof rack frame or if they attach under it?
