You guys wanna see something BRUTAL?

My buddy Wesley got into a little fender bender yesterday. SOMEHOW he got out with a broken ankle, jaw, and the kicker? a detached ear. Miraculously, he's going to be fine. He hit a semi head on, Wes swerved into the other lane by the sound of it. How scary, right??

I'm not sure, nobody has really asked O_o...I didn't even think to ask.
I know wes got life flighted, but nobody has really talked about the semi driver

At least he'll make bank once the settlement from the truck comes in! Which means more jeep parts

In all seriousness, hoping for quick healing

That is nothing short of a miracle!!! I can't believe the semi sustained that level of damage! Glad your friend will be ok As for the roll bar pads, if he is a good friend he probably laughed about it.

How did he do that much damage to the semi?? That some serious damage to a big rig for a little jeep to do.

And when you mean detached ear do you completely ripped off or just hanging on by a couple threads? I'm a Medic and love anatomy and learning about different injuries the human body can withstand.

OOOOOOOH! THATS gonna leave a mark. Mental note, If there is any other option available avoid the semi. Those trees looked nice and soft compared to a freight liner. Hope you buddy gets well soon and with any luck the wreck will not have even registered in his memory.

Did anyone ask if he had clean underwear on? This could be an opportunity to prove Bill Cosby correct. His mother was always concerned that he had on clean underwear just in case he was in an accident.

In his words " I thought that is what an accident was! If your about to get hit by a bus (truck in this case) your going to have soiled underwear. Because first you say it then you do it."

Glad he'll live! Hope the semi driver is good too!. The big rig looks to be mostly cosmetic, all the sheet metal and plastic tore away from the heavy-duty stuff. Oh, and a missing tire, lol. Man, what a hit. I hope it wasn't cause of a damned cell phone... I used to love the convenience of them, now I hate how much more dangerous they have made the roads cause people feel OBLIGATED to text back or answer, etc.
Either way, I hope both parties fully recover

Why would he get a settlement from the trucking company? It sounds like he was at fault; OP stated he swerved into the other lane.

I hope both drivers are OK.
