Pretty limited amounts. I work for a small cabinet shop (about 10 employees). We do marine interiors and the yield is pretty good, I had no idea there was such a thing as scrapping plastics though.

Yep. Lots of people are surprised. PM me if you know of any plants near you that may generate any scrap plastics. I'd be happy to call them and buy their scrap!

Got my yj style set of 4 in the other day. Look great, have a nice weight to them but not heavy and the black "resin" acts as an antislip for the beverage. also big enough for most cups

Glad you like them. That "resin" is a marine caulking, it's used for teak decking on your luxurious boats. It is a non-slip, rubbery material. And I would like to know how big of a mug you're using if it doesn't fit on a 4" diameter....
That's gotta be a "big gulp"!

I would like a set of 4. Can you make them so they fit inside my 3" cup holders for my 2013? I have a green jeep although I'm sure green is impossible I would like it if you could do some sort of earthy color. Maybe a granite or marble color. I realize you are using scraps so what ever you come up with will work for me. Just some ideas but what ever you got.

Update time. Please see previous posts for pics of TJ and YJ styles/colors.
I have my first batch of JK style done and ready to ship.
I only have the white quartz color available at this time.

I also made some JK cup holder coasters but I had test fit them in my 2000 TJ. They are smaller than I would have liked in a JK. If interested I will let what I have go cheap. They are 2.75" in diameter, I believe they should be closer to 3". I only have these JK ones in white available.

I am not going to be making anymore coasters for about a month as I need to focus on a couple of projects for my daughter.
What I currently have is:
YJ
white quartz: 23
bright white: 2

TJ
bright white: 17
white quartz: 11
beige: 6

JK

white quartz: 18
bright white cupholders as described above: 10

If interested, please pm with what you would like. I can ship ASAP.

thank you!

I wanted to post up about the coasters I received from Bill, These are top notch and very professionally made. I am super happy with my purchase and if anyone is looking for something unique for the coffee table or garage/man cave definitely look at these.

Thanks again Bill!

Got a set of coasters from Bostiguy a couple days ago.... They are awesome! Look good, and they keep water rings off the table which keeps the wife off my rear so that is the best news. lol.

Shipping was super fast and they are nice and heavy. Not junk coasters you get from Wally world.

These look fantastic - I would like to put one of these in the cupholder of my 97 TJ.

Is the Corian material commonly used in Black as well?
I'd love to see what these look like made out of Black Corian with White writing - would that be a possibility down the track or is Black Corian not widely used?
Black Quartz or Black Speckle would be even better.

Unfortunately I can't do anything but black lettering. It is a black marine caulking. The only other color of it I have used before was gray. I know that stuff is long expired though...sorry. Great idea but I won't be able to help.

I wish I could give you a positive answer right now but I can't. I had made a batch of JK ones only to learn those things actually have 3 different sized cup holders. I now know the correct sizes now thanks to some forum friend's help.
I had been sidetracked with other projects and hope to get back to making them soon.
I really appreciate everyone's patience with these! Once I get some made I will come back and scroll through this thread and contact those who were looking for them first.

THANK YOU!
