Did you paint it or did you have it painted?

Yea, I painted it. I will have to go to the barn and get the actual name of the color. It was Valspar paint from Car Quest, just don't remember the exacto color name. It is real close to the old Mopar Colar back in the late 60's early 70's. I will get the exact color name and post or IM you with it.

How did you get that shovel and hijack on the same mount? Just use longer bolts or something?

I mounted the hi-lift to the hood using bolts/washers/wind nuts and the spare tire bump stops. Then mounted the shovel to the hi-lift using u-bolts and wing nuts.

If that doesn't make sense I can take some pix. Just ask

I got it. I think i will just drill some holes in my hikack mount. That sounds like a bitch to get off.

Nope, it's really easy to get off. Just undo 2 wing nuts with your fingers and BOOM, your ready to dig. Probably takes me about an entire 30 seconds to get the shovel off. And maybe 50 seconds to get the hi-lift off.

Thanks, it was a lot of fun to do. Still working on it bit by bit. Waiting on my custom seat covers from quality covers. We had a bit of a shipping issue, totally my fault, but a hickup none the less. Hope to have them in soon. Should finish off the interrior nicely.

These pics are a bit better than the one where it is covered in mud. I like the mud more myself, but it hides all the work I put into the damn thing.

Orilies, Advanced Auto, or Autozone. One of those, I can't remember. They had a couple choices tho.
