I welded a nut to a washer, then welded a piece of conduit to it. I then ran a bolt through my Hi-Lift that was mounted across the rear fenders. Worked great and was easily removable. It would be easy to adapt this simple design to other mounting locations.

I built a flag pole from a piece of square stock and two chain links, and then, since I have a rack, I just got two adjustable hose clamps and secured it to one of my rear rack supports

So the nut is welded to the washer and is inside the conduit so you cant really see it. This could be attached to the spare tire stop or a trailor hitch.
