Frame Repair Advice

I got up close and personal with a deer in late November, so I'm getting ready to replace my fenders and grill and hood and radiator on my YJ. So I figure while I've got the front end apart, I might as well take care of my frame issue. The bottom plate of the ends of my frame is rusted away. My question is, has anyone used these parts for frame repair? And if so, how did it work out? And is there anything I should keep in mind while doing this repair?

Thanks
