Its nothing special but it is hands down (no pun intended) the most comfortable shifter I have ever used. I dont have any pictures of it in the Jeep but I can take some tonight if anyone is actually interested.

If you want to go off-roading take a Land Rover.
If you want to come back take a Jeep.

I drilled a hole in a golf ball and JB Welded it on to the stock stick. Did this because I somehow snapped the stock knob off. After using that for a while, I have grown accustom to the size and feel, its a very nice size. After a year of a lot of shifting, still very secure.

i have the Rampage products billet aluminum in the polished finish for both the transmission and the tcase. theres also a 3" extension on the transmission shifter to help get the reach down. they are a little small compared to my mustang and rangers shifters. but they fit my palm just right.

part#'s
46009 tcase
46006 shifter

I made a 4" extension for the lever out of a bolt with a nut welded on to it. This allowed me to thread it onto the lever and re-use the jam nut from the factory knob. The knob is the T case knob off one of my former IH Scouts. I love the comfort and feel of this set up, though it may not be pretty.

Not the best picture, but you can still see the shifters. I got the aluminum billet main shifter posted above, and a stainless steel knuckle for the t-case. I actually took a X-Men Wolverine Claw replica apart to get the knuckle, the blades wouldn't fit on it though lol. I machined a piece of 3/4" stainless round stock for the extension.
