Did it myself, with spray can plasti dip from Walmart.

get index cars and stick them between the rim and the tire and over lap each card, it makes it come out cleaner but you can just spray the rims and get it on the tires and peel the plastidip off the tire after it drys but you have the chance of ripping the plastidip on the rim.

Picked up 2 cans of this at Lowe's for 10 bucks! Gonna do this tonight, I will post pictures.

Depending on how well it looks, I may also plasti dip the front grill.

I'm in the process of plasti dipping mine now! Very easy to do--however, I'm not sure I like it. I like the turn out just not sure I prefer the black over the aluminum. Stay tuned for a complete picture!!
