Just ignore that guy peeing in the background of that one pic. We tried to break him of it, but it doesn't work. He just pisses all over the place.

Yeah I have yet to spend any money on cosmetic stuff, with the exception of a rattle can paint job I just put on my hard top before putting it back on. Once I have everything else the way I want it I will start buying that stuff. Cash has gone into locker, winch, snorkel, axles, that kinda stuff.

Nothing wrong with that. That is why I just chopped my fenders up one day I will spend the money but not until my jeep is where I want it trail wise

Yeah I dont do any of that. Pretty much everything I replace or upgrade I have the original part in the original condition so I can always go back if I want, or I just sell it which I have done a lot of. An unmolested primed fender pair will get you some easy cash on craigslist. Or better yet you can trade it for Jeep parts with other Jeep guys.

Also, with 7" + of lift I still have a half inch to spare at full flex in my wheel wells. No major body modifications until I modify more on axles/suspension, all that stuff.

Here is my 92 Rene. Re 4.5 lift, Bilstein shocks, 35x12.5 MTR's I just added the 35's and have been trimming for more tire room, at this point I can have one front tire 3' off the ground and not rub so for my wheeling I think I'm good to go.

Your jealousy for the 100" wheelbase and ability to wheel with 4 adults comfortable while hauling tools, parts , and other stuff shows. That XJ has surprised many Wrangler owners when it climbs up ledges with ease that they struggle with.

One of my best offroading buddies has an XJ. I have been through all kinds of crap with him and he keeps up for the most part, unless the trails get real tight, then he realizes what sucks about that long wheelbase. Still a soccer ball hauler though. He just bought a YJ.
