That's at least 8" of lift in springs alone, plus the 2 for the body. So 10" is far to much if you ask me, still have your stock springs?

Really flexes nice.

3" procomp helpers, SOA, and 2" body lift custom made with grade 8 hardware. The tires are just 33's. Have plans for at least 35's as my budget allows. Just spent a 1 1/2 years completely restoring this jeep with a V8 swap so budget is shot for awhile.

Good choice for the swap. I had this 355 SBC left over from road racing. So I used it and mated it to a turbo 400/ NP205. 1 piece of advise. Position that motor as far back as possible. I am dealing with some cooling issues and keep running out of room in the front. I am having to re pulley and go with short water pump. I know there is a balance between a super short rear driveshaft and room for larger radiator/shroud/mechanical or electric fan. I could have moved mine back another 1", but thought I had plenty of room. it'll work out. let me know if I can help.

I'm going to mount it with Novaks mounts right where they say to, just cause they got alot of experience, and i got a electric fan setup that cost like 600 bucks that kept my .060 350 (for sale) cool, only thing undecided is what transfer case to use

If your going to re axle then look at the NP205. My reasoning is it is gear driven instead of chain. A lot of NP 231's out there behind V8's. Check out a thread on here called "V8 swaps.....whos got them and let's see them
