Pictures- 1st post

Hey guys, I just joined, so I thought I'd post my jeep!
Here's a few pics of my 89 sahara:

My first jeep, and definitely not my last! :thumb:
I have yet to take it offroad, due to a lack of trails and people to go with, but hopefully this weekend will change that!

And here's a pic from the summer with the soft top for sh**s and giggles :D

Yes, I know I need new rear tires, haha, I slide out at nearly every stop-sign :p
(Oh, and the honda badge on my grille is an inside joke)

Yeah I love the Paint job myself. It Makes for a one of kind. I Still have yet to do anything with it I'm thinking of modding the paint a little more. I have to do it anyways since the last guy who did the paint job did a horrible job. Any immediate recommendations besides paint?

The spec's say the 2100 is for 304 or 360 V8 how am I going to install that? You got any pics? of how I'm going to do that? I'm fairly new at installing things into my car.

Oh and does anyone know of a good radiator fan replacement for the stock fan so i can cool down my engine more effectively?

The girlfriend and I.

Flexing it out a little.

Wow sorry about the late reply man didn't see that. I got mine off eBay this guy sets them up for a 258 with the 1.8 venturies I believe. It came with the bracket and everything and I got a generic air filter for now. It works well and idles much nicer I just wanna do an ignition upgrade next and planning on rebuilding the engine probably. I will take some pics tomorrow though remind me lol.

It is a journey. I just recently brought it back after having it in storage for three years due to buying a house and starting a family. But Im back in the game. And I have a ton of stuff to do.
Looks like you got a good start on it though lol. Mine is pretty much stock except for my crappy American racing rims lol. I just put a motorcraft carb and new rad water pump thermostat and stuff in her and didn't even make a dent lol

I like your wheels, are they 15x10 inches or are they 15x8's, I have a stock 95 yj that I wanna put some 15x10 inch wheels on just dont know if they will fit without a lift. I plan on runing 30x9.50r15 tires. What brand of wheel are yours. Super nice looking jeep.
Hey, none of my business but a tire that small will balloon the sidewall out real bad on a 10" wheel. A 30 is kinda small, thats what my spare is. But would do fine on an 8" wheel probly. I had 245/75r15 on mine a while back and they are slightly larger than 30s. And were on 7.5" wheels. With no lift. Only rubbed my spring a lil bit on the driver side at full turn. You could call rough country and get some 1" boomerang lift shackles REALLY cheap too. But NEVER go bigger than that on a shackle. Sorry to butt in

Thanks for the input, Im kinda new at this tire/wheel thing so the xtra info helps. Will a 235 75r15 tire fit an 8 inch wide rim or should I go with a 30x9.50
