Very clean. How much has it been restored? I am not sure that is the original paint scheme for the golden eagle. Other than that it looks great.
This is what the guy has to say about it in the AD.

"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the "present."
The new paint explains why the eagle colors are a little different. From the writeup it has had a moderate rebuild and still needs some work. If it is clean and the frame is solid then the $4k price should be about right. Take a ball peen hammer and tap on the frame. Mainly around the rear spring mount/tire area. Listen for changes in sounds. Does not sound like a bad deal.
1978 CJ7, frame off rebuild, NV3550, Dana 300(twin stick with a sight tube), I6(258), Dana 44 Scout Axles with 4.09 gears, truetrac LSD. The rest yet to be decided.
