2003 jeep wrangler headlights

I have a 2003 jeep wranger.
My brother cut the wire to the fog lights because he got in an accident and they were dangling...
my regular lights don't work so i have been using my brights.
now my right bright light will not turn on.
I tried changing the light but it still doesn't work.
My left one works though...
how do i fix this?

You might have blown a fuse for the low beam lights. Also, if the wires were just cut for the fog lights, make sure the switch is off, and stays off, or tape the two wires separatly so they don't touch. if the accident was bad enough to rip the lights off, it might have cut or rubbed the wires else where causing a short. The only reason I could think of why one of your high beams isn't working is a short in one of the wires. If something moved and rubbed after the accident then that could cause a problem.

What have we got?

You really should consider letting someone that knows what they are doing look at your Jeep, especially on something as important as headlights. You need to make time, because you surely won't have the time when your lights quit and you are stranded in the dark. It already sounds like your problem is getting worse, which would make it easier to find...
