2011 Steering Wheel on a 2010 JK

If the stereo didn't change, this should be possible. Any ideas?

I love steering wheel controls. The 2010s do not have this option. The 2011 steering wheels all have them. Anyone know if this is possible?

I'm interested in this. I recently traded my fully loaded Toyota 4Runner for a Wrangler Sport. I am fine without the power options, but the last two vehicles I had had the steering wheel controls. You should see me pushing the steering wheel trying to turn the radio up or down Anybody?

Any news on is this possible?

you guys who don't care or who don't want the power options - why do you even post? are your thoughts that important to tell everyone you don't want to be part of the solution and you don't care? just keep it to yourself, there are others out there that are trying to make their vehicles better for maybe their wife, their girlfriend, or maybe so they can keep their eyes on the road so they don't plow into you while you are searching for that button on your head unit because you don't care about steering wheel controls.
Jesus already- if you have nothing to contribute don't!

I am trying to get this unit to work backwards so I can use the CHR550 from Coastaltech and put an IPOD on my RER but I need steering wheel controls- anyone help with this? I dont want to use VES, I want the new interface.

I'm in the same boat as you. I want the controls on the wheel. I have a '10 Rubicon Unlimited and the wife has an '11 Grand Cherokee with all the controls on the wheel. I really like the feel of that wheel a lot more. I have found three or four on ebay that are reasonably priced but would like to know if these are interchangeable....

anyone?
