That's not the issue that some make it out to be. Try coiling your excess CB antenna cable length in a reasonable size coil sometime and see if you can legitimately tell any difference in how well your CB works.
I first got into both military, commercial, and civilian (ham) radio communications in the late sixties and trust me when I say that most HF installations, whether it be commerical or military, usually have excess antenna cable coiled up without problem.
Yep there are all kinds of coils like RF chokes that can cause problems but simply coiling up exessive RG-58 etc. cable in a common arm-size diameter isn't going to cause a problem for a CB.
