Now when I hook up my 4chan I hear a horrible sound from all of the speakers Its really loud static basically and a poping noise if I turn the radio off. I replaced the amp and now all of the cables. The only thing I didnt replace was the headunit but its basically brand new. Has anybody heard this b4 cause its getting anoying not listening to my music

Did you make sure you didn't swap the wires for the speakers. IE postive to negative will make them sound horrible and possibly blow. You can ring them out with a volt meter.
