I'm sure your right about them fixing it in two hours. It's just frustrating that you have to go through all these issues with something your paying for. I guess that's the price of having new technology. Keep in mind my wife has a BMW with all the amenities as well and no issues or problems. Why is it that the luxury cars seem to have there stuff working flawless? Do they have better testing before it leaves the lot? Or is it because Chrysler could care less about there consumer. I sent a complaint to the Chrysler complaint department months ago about there iPod not working correctly, still waiting for a response a comment, maybe an apology? But nothing. Maybe I am spoiled human being but when you purchase/lease something they should be working hard to please you or fix the issue right away. I run a business myself and If one of my clients were not satisfied with a product I supplied; I would go out of my way to make sure that client gets there issued rectified.
