Bypassing Bluetooth for Voice Entries on iPhone 4S

First time poster, so if this has been discussed before, my apologies and please link me to that discussion. Otherwise...

Is there a way to bypass the Bluetooth capability (without completely disabling the pairing) so that when I give voice commands to my iPhone 4S (e.g., using Siri or creating voice entries for the Notes app), my commands don't go through Uconnect? I believe I have the 430N media center.

Right now when I make a voice entry, it goes through Uconnect and gets garbled due to traffic noise, the stereo, etc. I also hear my commands through the speakers, which adds to the problem. Thanx in advance!

you can go into your settings menu on the phone and turn off the bluetooth but you would need to turn it back on after making the notes to your phone.
