Talking CB installed pics

Still waiting on my FireStick to arrive, but here the pics anyway. All wires are ran behind carpet and plastic moldings. The ground wire for the antenna is ran through the tailgate and onto the body.

well done!

You did a very good job on the install,I think thats how I'll do mine,just have to be careful that the mike doesn't swing down and pop you on the noggin

If that 3rd brake light mount is plastic, then You are going to have to make sure that the shield side of the coax is connected to ground to complete Your ground plane. Every thing else looks great.

The light mount seems to be aluminum, but the tailgate itself is poorly grounded, so i had to run the ground myself.

only bad part of mounting the bracket on that third brake light area (I know cause thats how I have mine mounted) is that it rubs on the soft top rear window so keep an eye on it cause sooner or later I'm sure it will rub through.
