Compact CB Antenna?

I got a CB for Christmas. I'm ordering all of the parts to mount it within the next week or two. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good, long range, small antenna. I've looked on the internet, but a search query such as "compact CB antenna" generates a ridiculous amount of results. I'm in high school, and douche bags think that it's funny to mess with parts of your car, so I don't want anyone breaking it off and thinking it's funny, so a compact one would be great. Thanks!

Too compact and it may not work for crap! maybe look at a 2'-3' firestick or firestick clone with a quick disconnect and remove it when you leave the jeep

Lemley,

A good 3 or 4 foot fiberglass antenna will work great. Anything smaller than that will not yield very good results as far as transmit and receive. 30-284 is right about the quick disconnect to keep the vandals from breaking your stuff. We carry all the parts you will need for your install. Just make sure you tune your antenna or you won't be talking to anyone

With this, could I put a CB antenna in the place where my AM/FM antenna is now?... Like, replace the AM/FM antenna with a CB antenna, and visually, there wouldn't be much difference?

I've never used it, but "All in One" stuff usually works like crap for both devices.

You can certainly use one antenna for both your AM/FM radio and CB, but make sure you use a CB antenna and a splitter There are many mounting options here to decide where to put it.
