Your stereo head unit stock or aftermarket?

If you have a stock head and you've already found and tried to turn up the bass and it's not working, you'll have to have it checked or maybe someone here knows how to check it yourself.

If you have an aftermarket and it's not worked since you got the jeep, it's probably not wired. Easy to do. Blue wire on the head units plug needs to be wired to the blue wire on the jeeps connector. Yes, it's the blue wire.

You will have to remove your console and then remove the speaker box to get to the woofer i just did mine and used a Bose woofer after some minor modifications to the connections but sounds good now mine had cracked on the edges there were two screws on the back cup holder and one on the top under the door and lift off the shifter (auto) to unplug the factory plug.

It's a aftermarket head unit. I think it might be the blue wire is not connected.

Took the console off and there's a connector. Am i needing to unplug this, to hook the blue wires together?

Directions of what to do would be easiest. Thanks

No, not under the console. When you are wiring the head unit, the blue wires need to be connected.

While you are there, check the connection an make sure nothings cut.

Oh, and if the seat belt light drives you nuts, find the wires coming from the seat belt connector and cut them.
