easiest way would to pull the speaker and check the wires going into them. shouldent take more then 20 min or so to check them all.

Personally I would not hack my wire harness. Hate for there to be an electircal issue down the road and the dealer deny my claim due to splicing into the factory harness "improperly". I'd either spend the $30 for a plug and play adapter or run my own wires. IMO if you are putting in aftermarket speakers (and I highly recommend you do, the factory, made in mexico, pos~ suck!) the factory wiring is fairly inadequate for a high-end audio system. You could run your own pretty easily as all the interior pieces pop right off. Then all you need is your power and ground and you still didn't hack your harness.

well....i im gonna put differnt front, rear speakers im still looking into replaces thew tweeters with some differnt ones...
i did alot of planning and stuff today im gonna put a small system in it too...i am gonna stick my amp under the drivers seat and can pretty hook up the remote and ground using the seat and just run the RCA's and Power like a normal system...and just run longer speaker wires to the back this way the amp is outta the way and if i wanna take the speaker out itll be 2 wires.. im gonna leave the stock radio in(yes i know is crummy) a lil later on down the road ill put a nice upgraded one in.. overall i think im gonna be able to rock out pretty good =)

If you cut and splice you will make matters worst. You need to buy an adaptor from Crutchfield, E-bay some where. The delay and acc. part of the switch and other crap run thru your radio. TRUST ME! The adaptor is 50 -60 dollars plugs right in to the harness then connect you wires from your new radio. The driver’s speaker is a pain, pull air bag, steering wheel and part of the column cover to get panel off. Hope this helps!
