Question Fog Light out

lets see how well i can describe this. i have the KC fog lights that have that cover thats like black and it says KC on it really big. anyway how do i get to the bulb on them? figured id ask before i find myself buyin a new set cause i broke them

is there a screw under the housing? i had a set of lights like that and there was a screw on the bottom to get the lens off.
