Front Speakers????

Was wondering what is more recommended, 4 inch with the adapter plate or the plate speaker with the separate 4 inch and tweeter. I just want something I can bolt in without cutting anything and have heard that the round speakers sound alot better then the stock replacement 4x6 ovals. Any input would be great. Looking at Polks since they are marine rated.....

Nalin Manufacturing makes great adapter plates. We did have to cut the factory piece on my '01 to make room for the speaker tho'. It's not hard to do, especially if you have some muscle and a good pair of tin snips or something.... Just one cut and you can bend it out of the way....
