Hard top config vs SWR

Once I get the SWR of my licence-mounted antenna tuned, what happens when I remove the freedom panels? The whole hardtop? The doors? Won't this change the RF reflectivity of the Jeep?

Has anybody metered and verified?

It will change a little, but shouldn't have enough effect to hurt anything. Might actually get a little better to be honest.
