yes

if you can figure out which color wire does what then you're good to go.
otherwise, I know crutchfield has detailed instructions along with the necessary adapters when you buy a unit from them. they're a bit more expensive than other places but i think it's worth it just for their customer service and those instructions plus adapter.

i was looking at Crutchfield to replace the unit in my TJ and they have more than a few under $100 from name brands like Sony, Kenwood..etc...

i've bought from them before..and they put a bunch of stuff for free when u order from them...the kit, harness adapters, instructions, plus if you get in a bind, you can call their 1800 help desk. i like ordering from them

no offense to Quadratec, but one of their Sony's was $130 with the kit and everything, when the same head unit from Crutchfield was $80 and then all the extras would be free...

just my 2 cents

x2 on Q prices. I found many of the same units at the local Bestbuy and CC for notably less. You can p/u a harness and kit for about $40 total and do it yourself or buy a $99 head unit + $45 for the above and CC or BB will install for free.

double check to make sure they have the wire harness adapter...with that model stereo you might have to splice the factory wires.- they do have detailed instructions on how to do it, but personally i prefer a cleaner install using an adapter.
