Ipod Integration

Hello all - can anyone tell me how you go about integrating an Ipod into my 4dr rubicon radio controls? I see a number of products out there for uconnect and a integration unit but not sure if I need both and where is the best place to get. Thanks!

best thing to do is get a new headunit with a built in ipod interface.

Like Jma said, a new headunit would be the easiest route. Do you have the upgraded factory stereo or the regular?

Check out Crutchfield.com or give them a call. They are extremely helpful with car audio questions.

go to crutchfield and take a look around at some heaunits that you like. crutchfield has more info on their products that you will ever need. even if its a little out of your price range, cause you can always go on ebay and get a damn good deal. i spent $250 on a $325 headunit by going on ebay.

They have some products that can be purchased at a local big box that is hard wired behind the dash but they cost a pretty penny and you could ad a few bucks and change head units.
